- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order number
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear without hygiene protection, earrings, or personal-use products)

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Ladonjafashion@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
